“Tormentor” Tymoshenko sentenced in absentia to three years in prison


Kominternovskiy district court of Kharkov made the decision in absentia three years in prison for ex-employee of kachanivska penal colony No. 54 in 2012 participated in the compulsory delivery of Yulia Tymoshenko to the hospital, reports TASS.

The inspector was also stripped of the rank of Lieutenant, and forbade him the right to occupy posts in law-enforcement system for a period of three years.

The name of the convict was not disclosed. He is currently on the run and declared in the international search.
