Ushakov said the caricature of the fine state language Centre


The mayor of Riga nil Ushakov said the caricature of the decision of the state language Centre of Latvia fined him for the use of the Russian language in social networks.

Dedicated to the state language Centre, which believes that the government can’t communicate with its inhabitants in Facebook in Russian,” – he wrote in the Latvian and Russian languages on the page in Facebook, commenting on the published figure.

The figure shows several similar skulls with signatures – Latvian, Russian, black, Muslim, etc. And only one of the skulls looks like the skull of a Neanderthal with the caption “the language Centre”.
