Russia told the UN about record growth of their defense spending


Russia sent to the UN its annual report on its defence spending, according to RBC.

According to this document, filed three months later, military spending rose by nearly a trillion rubles. In 2015, for military purposes from the budget was allocated 2.9 trillion rubles, while the budget was of 3.18 trillion. The divergence of figures Russia explains.
