Billionaire Donald trump, Congress approved the Republican party as the official candidate for the post of head of the White house, broke out the next portion of the Pro-Russian statements. Speaking at a press conference in Florida, trump talked about what will happen with the anti-Russian sanctions and the status of Crimea in case of his election as President of the United States.
Answering questions of journalists, trump assured that, becoming a full owner of the White house, he’s ready to put on the agenda the question of removal of restrictive measures against Russia, as well as on the recognition of the Crimea part of the Russian Federation.
“We will examine this question, it is sure to be considered,” said trump, quoted Рolitico, even despite the fact that the official program of the Republican party does not imply the lifting of sanctions, moreover, means they can gain. And certainly there is no hint of recognition of the Crimea part of Russian territory.
“President Putin has no respect for President Obama. I don’t think Putin is also experiencing at least some respect for Hillary Clinton. And I guess he respects… I Think that you can have a relationship with him… He will respect the President of the United States, if they are I’m elected,” said trump, expressing regret that at the present time States have strained relations with Russia.
In the US State Department refused whatsoever to comment on trump’s speech, calling his comments the usual “campaign rhetoric.”
Not experiencing serious inspiration in the Federation Council and State Duma of Russia.
“Donald trump is the dark horse… How can we trust his statements – only time will tell. But in any case, it is interesting to work”, – quotes RIA Novosti words of the first Deputy head of the international Committee of the Federation Council Vladimir dzhabarov.
“In any case, Donald trump wants to make something new in Russian-American relations and does not deal with a denial of any contacts with Russia”, – he added.
A member of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Alexander Babakov also called the statement of trump’s pre-election, but noted the positive tone of the candidate-Republican against Russia.
“It’s probably just a campaign promise… Trumpa should be the authority to say so. And if he can repeat all this as official, then it will be possible to take seriously… In any case, it’s… much better than the rabid hostility to Russia”, – said the Deputy.
But the ex-US Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul took the words of candidate-Republican more seriously, noting that it is because of such Pro-Russian position trump’s “love” in the Kremlin.
“Trump will consider recognition of Crimea as Russian territory and the lifting of sanctions… That’s why Putin likes him”, – wrote McFaul in his microblog on Twitter.
