First Putin’s decision became the order about resignation of the head of the Federal customs service Andrei Belyaninov, who earlier in the house and office were organized by the FSB searched. Despite the fact that yesterday the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov declared that Belyaninov is only a witness in the case about the smuggling of alcohol, FSB investigative action accompanied with pictures of bundles of rubles and currency, found in the wardrobe of the chief customs officer (it turned out that his house was kept to 66 million rubles, which he explained personal savings). In addition, the Network has shown images of its luxury homes with paintings on the walls.

Today, Belyaninov was dismissed, and in its place came Vladimir Bulavin, while dismissed from the post of presidential envoy in the northwestern Federal district.

It should be noted that the Bulavin is a career FSB officer, in 2006, became Deputy Director, and since 2008 was the Deputy Secretary of the security Council.

However, personnel changes are not over. On a vacant place of the envoy in the northwestern Federal district were sent to the Governor of the Kaliningrad region Nikolai Tsukanov.

In turn, the Governor of the Kaliningrad region became a major-General Yevgeny Senichev. He’s a little over a year ago, in June 2015, was appointed head of the Federal security service in Kaliningrad region.

However, now personnel decisions continued. Was dismissed and the Governor of Yaroslavl region Sergei Yastrebov. He was replaced by Dmitry Mironov, the former Deputy interior Minister.

Finally, the last and most high-profile personnel action Putin became the appointment of former Governor of Sevastopol Vice Admiral Sergei Menyailo, causing many complaints from residents, the presidential envoy in the Siberian Federal district. The previous Ambassador, Nikolai Rogozhkin, was on the verge of reaching the age limit of civil service — 65 years.
