Trump: the United States is entitled to defend allies who did not pay

The candidate in US presidents from Republican Donald trump once said in an interview with NBC that Washington is entitled to protect those NATO allies who do not fulfill their obligations. Previously, he has made similar statements about when the Russian threat, the US would help Baltic States, if they fulfill the obligations.

Now trump spoke in greater detail, stating that many countries in NATO do not pay what I owe, and the United States help these countries free of charge, although they have a lot of money.

And the money they have, but they still do not pay, because they think we are stupid,” said trump.

He stressed that if a country is attacked they all say that we have obligations. But they have obligations, they had to pay.

The candidate also expressed confidence that these countries will begin to pay and when that happens, he believes in NATO.
