Slovenia has expressed interest in South stream

Ambassador of Slovenia to Russia Primoz, Szeliga told about the interest of this country to resume negotiations on the “South stream” and further implementation of the project.

“Slovenia… never renounced the “South stream” from our side there is interest. With a project of this scale to predict something difficult. Official negotiations on this issue are not conducted. But I think that after some time the project will still be implemented,” he said in an interview with “Izvestia”, adding that Russia and Slovenia have maintained good relations despite Western sanctions.
