Immigration laws have tightened in Sweden


In Sweden operate the new rules to toughen immigration laws.

Now migrants are restricted in obtaining a residence permit in the country and reunification with their families. They can only rely on a temporary residence permit: refugees will get his 3 years, persons in need of protection on other grounds – for 13 months.

Furthermore, the residence permit can become permanent, if a refugee will be able to find work and to provide a sufficient level of income.
