The British foreign Secretary: Russia to help remove Assad from power

The new head of the British foreign Ministry Boris Johnson ahead of the meeting with their colleagues from EU countries said that international community should exert efforts for the removal of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from power. In his opinion, contribute to this need, and Russia, reports Reuters.

“I intend to clearly define my position: the suffering of the Syrian people will not end until Assad is in power,” said Johnson.

Recall that after the liberation from the terrorists of the Syrian Palmyra Johnson wrote a column in which he recognized the success of Assad and said that the Syrian leader still better ISIS (a terrorist group banned in Russia and several other countries).

In Russia believe that the issue of Assad staying in power is up to the Syrian people.
