Lavrov, Kerry expressed his opinion about the anti-Russian appeal USADA

The Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry, which expressed its position regarding the call by the anti-Doping Agency of the USA (USADA) to remove the Olympic and Paralympic committees of Russia from participation in the Olympics.

The statement noted that Kerry agreed on the need to prevent the politicization of sports.

The parties also discussed the settlement of the Syrian conflict. It is noted that the initiator of the conversation was made by the American side.
