Erdogan has included Russia in the list of countries that have the death penalty


Turkish leader Tayyip Erdogan addressed supporters at his residence in Istanbul. The crowd urged him to return the death penalty. On this, Erdogan replied that he is not against the return of capital punishment, if required by the people, and the Parliament approves the initiative. Arguing about the death penalty, Erdogan decided to recall the country in which it is, and included in their number Russia.

“Perhaps there is no death penalty in America? In Russia? In China? In different countries of the world? Only in the countries of the European Union there is no death penalty”, – quotes “bi-Bi-si” the Turkish leader.
