The subsistence minimum had increased to 10 thousand rubles

For the normal life of the Russians enough, about 10 thousand rubles. As reported in the Ministry of labor minimum subsistence level per capita in the second quarter of 2016 has increased by 1.8% and reached 9956 rubles. While the Ministry predicts the traditional decline in III and IV quarters. On the shelves there will be domestic fruits and vegetables at lower prices, and therefore to spend have less. However, according to experts, early to rejoice. The price tags will not fall falling oil prices, and with it a weak ruble. According to their forecasts, black gold may fall to $44 per barrel.

When you define a living wage takes into account the cost of food, daily necessities (toilet paper, soap, etc.), clothing and services (payment of utilities, transport). In other words, the same sum allegedly should be enough for you to live in Russia.

As reported, the Deputy Director of Department of complex analysis and forecasting of the Ministry of labour Natalia Antonova, in the second quarter of the subsistence minimum for the employable population increased by 1.9% and amounted to 10 722 rubles. For pensioners it increased by 1.7% to 8163 rubles, for children — 1,9%, to 9861 ruble.

However, as noted by the rector of Academy of labor and social relations Alexander Safonov, the following figures is the average temperature in the hospital.

The fact that the consumer basket is calculated normative-statistical method. On the basis of the average number of proteins, fats and carbohydrates needed able-bodied person, and not their actual consumption. And at a minimum. And the price tags meanwhile, continue to grow. Thus, the composition of the subsistence minimum per capita cost of food products increased by 1.9%, nonfood goods — by 1.6%, services — by 1.9%.

For comparison, the boundary when calculating this indicator is the statistical method. Poor family is one in which 50% of income is spent on food.

However, as predicted in the Ministry of labor, in the III and IV quarters of a possible reduction in this value due to the influence of seasonal factors. In particular, reduction of prices on fruit and vegetables.

However, experts are not so optimistic. “Downward effect from fruit and vegetable prices may be offset by other factors. Chief among them is the weakening of the ruble in the third quarter of 2016 amid falling oil prices. Usually at this time the prices of black gold have been falling since the summer season of high demand for petroleum products in the Northern hemisphere ends and refineries spent on seasonal maintenance. The failure of oil prices in the range of $44-46 per barrel, the ruble will hardly be able to ignore. And the weakening of the ruble will lead to higher prices for imported goods, including food, as well as on domestic products in production that uses imported equipment and components. So instead of reducing the subsistence level, we may see further growth”, — the analyst of the Dominion Fx Yuri winter.
