The IMF will consider Ukraine’s debt to Russia, taking the decision on the tranche


The Board of the International monetary Fund (IMF) will consider the issue of Ukraine’s debt to Russia when discussing a new tranche of financial assistance to Kiev. This was stated by the representative of the Fund Jerry rice. At the same time new materials on this issue the IMF has not, he said.

Recall, we are talking about payments on Eurobonds of Russia for $ 3 billion. On payment of this debt, the Ukrainian Parliament imposed a moratorium. The IMF has recognized the official status of the debt.
