Military Prosecutor of Ukraine: Amnesty of participants of operation in the Donbass is a terrible thing

The chief military Prosecutor of Ukraine Anatoly Matios called Amnesty of participants of military operations in the Donbass “terrible thing for the state.”

“This is Amnesty for people who were in the area of the ATO, accused or convicted of crimes that are not particularly serious. In the law there is a list of articles on which criminal liability can be avoided. It is a complicated and terrible thing for the state,” he said live on Ukrainian TV.
