The foreign intelligence service not found of the Crimea as part of Russia


In the Constitution of the Russian Federation, published on the website of the foreign intelligence Service, no mention of the presence of the Republic in Russia. This situation lasted for more than two years.

Recall that in March 2014, the Constitution was amended, according to which the number of republics of the Russian Federation was supplemented with Crimea, and among the cities of Federal significance, in addition to Moscow and St. Petersburg, began to appear Sevastopol.

Corresponding changes appear, in particular, on the presidential website, however, the foreign intelligence Service they are not reflected.

In her version of the Basic law, in Russia there is no Crimea or Sevastopol, and all of the republics within the Russian Federation — 21 (whereas in presidential — 22).

We will add that in the Criminal code of Russian Federation there is article about public appeals to violation of territorial integrity of the Russian Federation: implementation through the Internet is punishable by a prison sentence up to 5 years.
