The Tribunal in the Hague has denied China’s right to the disputed territory


The international Tribunal established with the mediation of the Permanent court of arbitration in the Hague announced the decision that China has “historical rights” in the disputed territory in the South China sea.

According to TASS, we are talking about a whole number of Islands in the South China sea, offshore which were found significant reserves of hydrocarbons – the archipelago of the Xisha, Nansha Islands and Huangyan. China for several years has been the dispute over the territory with other countries in the region – Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia and the Philippines.
