Sberbank has reduced rates on mortgage loans


Sberbank of Russia took a decision to lower interest rates on major mortgage products. According to “Interfax”, the rate is reduced from 12 July by 0.5 percentage points. Previously the same amount was reduced rates on military mortgages.

Now the range of rates on mortgage loans of Sberbank is 12-14% per annum.

The Bank also reported that the volume of applications for mortgage loans in the secondary market exceeded the level of similar period of 2015 almost 70%.

The last time the savings Bank has lowered rates on major mortgage products in August 2015.
