China did not recognize the decision of the Hague on the South China sea


The Chinese foreign Ministry issued a statement, saying that Beijing considers invalid the decision of the Permanent court of arbitration in the Hague, which stated that China has no historical rights to disputed territory in the South China sea.

The Chinese foreign Ministry says that the international arbitration court that rendered the decision, was initiated unilaterally by the Philippines. “China does not accept or recognize it,” — said in a statement.
