Dvorkovich said the conditions for the resumption of Charter flights to Turkey


Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said on Monday that a final decision on the resumption of Charter flights to Turkey yet. He recalled the instruction of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to prepare relevant proposals, noting that Russia waiting for Turkey’s official confirmation of security guarantees.
