In the explanatory note as reported TASS, Mikheev writes that currently, advertising is prohibited to use obscene or offensive images, but this does not apply to “other forms” of drawing attention to goods and services that occurs through sexual imagery.
Such policies include, in particular, images of beautiful women touting gum, cars, cigarettes, etc. In his opinion, is trying to create a consumer opinion on that when buying any product, coffee or shoes, “the most elegant women of the world will bow at his feet”.
Read about the flash mob “I am not afraid to say.“
Due to such advertising, I am sure Mikheev, damage public morality, “our dear women” become “people of the second class, the youth formed about values,” and these the situation almost “not subject to correction”.
Separately concerned about the MP and what image of the sexual images on outdoor posters can result in an accident due to the carelessness of drivers.
Note that almost simultaneously with the bill in the Duma Mikheeva database there is another document made two other deputies, Alexei Didenko Yaroslav Nilov proposes to do July 8 — the Day of family, love and fidelity — the weekend that, in their opinion, should contribute to “the formation of a positive attitude toward family responsibility in marriage and the increase in the birth rate.”Related posts:
