The local leader of the Radical party of Ukraine Spartak Sergienko has published photos of the extraordinary accident in the city centre with a sarcastic caption: “This is what I had to do and how to walk?!”. Radical involves the transportation of heavy military equipment, imported to the Ukrainian-Russian border on the occasion of the 357-th anniversary of the victory of the Ukrainian Cossack troops on the Moscow nobility cavalry under the command of princes Pozharsky Seeds and Seeds of Lviv in the so-called the battle of Konotop.

Most likely, the “Strela-10” fell off a semi-trailer platform due to ill-considered manoeuvre of the driver of the army Truck.
