- Elections to the upper house of Parliament began on July 10 in Japan
Japan started the elections to the upper house of Parliament. It is noted that the vote is held every three years.
In the house on the 242 seats will be elected 121 the representative of the authority. These places claim 389 deputies.
According to polls, the liberal democratic party, headed by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe has the best chance to win.
