Obama called on NATO to “exercise the will” to confront ISIS and Russia

President Barack Obama expressed the opinion that NATO countries need to “mobilize political will” and adopt the specific commitments in order to confront urgent challenges.

In his column in the Financial Times, he lists these challenges. From the point of view of the American President, the terrorist activities of ISIS supporters (a group banned in Russia and several other countries), “Russian aggression” against Ukraine and the results of a referendum on British exit from the EU.
