“Gazprom” will be able to put in Southeast Asia, large volumes of helium


If there is demand the company “Gazprom” will be able to supply the markets of South-East Asia from Eastern Siberia to 60 million cubic meters of helium per year. The company’s management does not exclude that the supply volume can be increased to 100 million cubic meters.

“The possibility of production up to 60 million cubic meters of helium per year, it can be supplied to the markets of Southeast Asia if there are markets. The possibility of helium production in South-Eastern Siberia a lot more, but we will focus on the demand”, – said at the Eastern oil and gas forum, the head of marketing in the direction of the helium and LNG Gasprom Marketing and Trading UK Anton Kovalchuk.
