The interplanetary probe Juno is on the orbit of Jupiter

Probe Juno came to a stable polar orbit around Jupiter. Its main task will be the study of the chemical composition of the planet. Juno will make at least 37 turns, during which the probe will study the clouds of Jupiter.

According to NASA, at 6:18, the apparatus included a main engine which worked for about 35 minutes, after which the space station slowed its pace and came to a trajectory of convergence with the planet.

Now the probe is on a temporary stable orbit around Jupiter, where it will make one revolution around the planet, it will take approximately 53 days.
