The media learned about the sale of “ONEXIM” Prokhorov all assets after searches


The group “ONEXIM”, owned by Russian oligarch Mikhail Prokhorov, intends to get rid of all of their assets in Russia. According to some, the decision was taken after conducted a few months ago raided the offices of the company.

The representatives of ONEXIM, so far declined to comment, the newspaper “Vedomosti”. The newspaper reminds that the company has assets in the mining industry ( including Uralkali), financial sector (banks Renaissance capital”, “Renaissance credit”, “IFC”, and the insurance company “Consent”), media (RBC, “Snob”), energy (“Quadra”), real estate (OPIN).

However, some assets are trying to sell for a long time. For example, for several years looking for buyers for “Consent”, “Renaissance credit” and “Quadro”. The decision to get out of “Uralkali” was made a year ago, and in may of this year it became known that to redeem shares of “ONEKSIM” ready “Uralkali”.

The leadership of the Russian media companies also noted that Prokhorov has put up for sale, RBC, and a couple of weeks ago it became known that the hammer want to start and “Renaissance capital”.
