Sands: Putin will soon sign a decree on the resignation Astakhov


Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov has officially confirmed the resignation of Russian children’s Ombudsman Pavel Astakhov. According to him, the statement Astakhov had already signed by the President of the Russian Federation.
