Putin has simplified currency exchange for citizens


The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has approved a law that simplifies the exchange of currency for citizens. In particular, when exchanging currency in the amount up to 40 thousand rubles does not require presentation of a passport. And the threshold for simplified identification now up to 100 thousand rubles.
