The national Assembly of France introduced the punishment for denial of Armenian genocide


The lower house of the French Parliament approved the government amendment to the law on “Equality and citizenship”, which introduces punishment for denying the Armenian genocide. As reports France Press, if the amendment be finally approved in the Senate and then signed by the President, found guilty can be fined on 45 thousand euros or even go to jail for one year.
