Zeman promised a referendum on withdrawal from the Czech Republic to the EU and NATO


Czech President Milos Zeman made the statement that will do anything to supporters of the country’s withdrawal from the Czech Republic and NATO was able to conduct a referendum on these issues, reports Reutrers.

While Zeman stressed that he is not in favour of exit from the Czech Republic to the European Union.

The announcement came at a meeting with residents of the city of Velke Mezirici.

The report said that Zeman is an influential leader of the Czech Republic, many citizens are skeptical about the country’s membership in the EU. However, the Czech President has no authority to initiate such a referendum.
