Libya has accused the detained crew of the tanker with the Russians in the smuggling of fuel


Libyan authorities accuse the detainee informed the crew of the tanker of fuel smuggling. They argue that the tanker involved in the smuggling of up to 5 million liters of diesel fuel in the port Sawara.

It is argued that the tanker is owned by Greek company, the cargo on Board was destined for a Maltese company. Against the captain of a vessel Vladimir Taktasheva, which is called the citizen of the Russian Federation, begin investigations.

On Board the tanker can be up to five Russians, and also citizens of Ukraine and Greece. The Russian Embassy in Libya verifies this information.
