The Baltic fleet of Russia can lead the former Ukrainian Admiral


The media learned the name of the new commander of the Baltic fleet is Vice Admiral Sergei Yeliseyev, who until recently served in the ranks of the Ukrainian naval forces. The former head of the Baltic fleet Viktor Kravchuk was dishonorably discharged by order of the Minister of defence Sergei Shoigu.
