- Turkish media published pictures of the Russian submarine “Stary Oskol” in the Bosphorus
The newest diesel-electric submarine “Stary Oskol” of the Russian Navy on Wednesday passed through the Bosphorus and entered the Black sea. Equipped with missiles “Kalibr-PL” submarine makes the transition from the North to the black sea fleet of Russia. Through the Bosphorus “Stary Oskol” was held on the surface with a raised St. Andrew’s flag. Turkish media published footage of a Russian submarine.

When passing through the North sea the Russian submarine was accompanied by the English and Dutch frigates. In the Black sea for “Staryy Oskol” will follow the Turkish frigate.
