Kadyrov believes that Turkey should pay damages to Russia


Acting head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov wrote in his Instagram that he believed the apology to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan are only the first step towards the normalization of relations with Russia.

But now he hopes that the Turkish side implements its intentions for damages after the aircraft incident and punish the culprits. Kadyrov also expressed the belief that the actions of the Russian government in the circumstances was entirely correct character.
