Kadyrov about the apology Erdogan: Russia should be friends


Commenting on your Instagram in a letter of apology for the incident with the downed Turkish-Syrian border, the Russian su-24 bomber, directed by Turkish President Vladimir Putin, the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov wrote that now Ankara must punish the guilty.
