Peskov: Putin is not obliged to wait for the court to dismiss White

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said that Vladimir Putin does not need to wait for the court decision in the case of the Kirov Governor Nikita Belykh to send him into retirement, as there are different formulations allowing the President to dismiss the head of the region.
