France has seized the assets of Russian businessman Warsaw


In France, the court imposed a temporary seizure of the local assets of Russian businessman Vadim Varshavsky.

The businessman owes the Bank VTB about 2 billion rubles as guarantor, reports “Kommersant”.

“… interim measures imposed on registered in that city four French wine company with a share capital of about €400 thousand, which Vadim Varshavsky owns jointly with his wife and company Etoile 06 with a share capital of €1 thousand”, – the newspaper notes.

The businessman said he has no property in France, it belongs to his wife, expressing hope that the French courts can decide who and what belongs to”.
