Poll: one third of Germans support a referendum on membership of Germany in the European Union

Almost a third of Germans (29%), according to the survey, support a referendum on the question of German membership in the European Union, writes Bild am Sonntag.

At the same time, 63% of respondents negatively evaluate the results of the referendum in the UK and oppose such a vote in Germany.

It is noted that 70% of respondents agreed that the EU must reform.

In the UK on 23 June held a referendum on the country’s membership in the EU. The vote was won victories supporters of Brexit.
