More than 2 million Britons want to hold a second referendum on Brexit


More than 2 million people signed a petition demanding the holding of a second referendum on UK membership in the European Union. The appeal published on the website of the British Parliament.

According to the author of the petition of William Oliver Healy, during a historic decision, the turnout should be more than 75%, if the gap between winners and losers has not reached 20%.

The petition can be seen on Tuesday, June 28, writes Metro.

In the UK on 23 June held a referendum on leaving the EU, which was won by the Pro-Brexit. For the termination of membership of the United Kingdom in the EU voted 17,41 million, for the continuation of European integration – of 16.14 million people.
