In Iraq against ISIS released a squad of Yazidi women


Women of the Yazidi community have created the first combat unit, which will fight against ISIS (banned in Russia) in Iraqi Kurdistan, reports TASS.

137 women in the past two months have taken courses in carpobrotus. Girls have learned to handle different weapons, learned the tactics of warfare.

The women’s squad will be sent to the town of Sinjar in Iraq’s Nineveh province on the border with sirey, which is mostly inhabited by Yezidi Kurds.
