The decision to arrest White will be the judge of the “Magnitsky list”


The morning of the Kirov Governor Nikita Belykh was taken to the Basmanny court of the capital, where a decision will be made about his arrest. The investigation charged him with bribery in especially large size, and the court must choose a measure of restraint.

On the eve of the RF IC released footage of the arrest of the Governor of the Kirov region Nikita Belykh, whose operatives took the act in one of capital restaurants. According to investigators, White was promised a “roof” to two companies – JSC “Novovyatskiy ski works” and “Forest management company” – with business activities in the region. The amount of the bribe of 400 thousand euros (at the rate of $ 30 million).

Friday night, White, after the first interrogation was delivered to the Basmanny court, but the materials were not transferred. And the court refused to consider the petition for arrest of the Governor without materials SC. The Governor of the court was taken.

On Saturday morning the TFR charged him with bribery in especially large size. All the necessary documents, the investigation has prepared and submitted to the court, as reported by RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the court Juno Tsarev. White again brought to the Basmanny.

The petition will be considered by judge Arthur Karpov — duty magistrate on Saturday. It is worth noting that Karpov is involved in the “Magnitsky list” and “list Savchenko”, in respect of which the sanctions in a number of Western countries.
