Erdogan predicted the exit of other countries from the EU after Brexit

The European Union will inevitably face with the release in other countries, if it will deepen the contradictions and will continue to go this way.” Thus the President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan commented on Brexit (British exit from the EU).

“If the EU will not change their behavior, it will face other cases of withdrawal,” – said the Turkish leader.

Erdogan also noted that European countries hamper Ankara’s attempts to join the European Union because of Islamophobia. The Turkish President stressed that Ankara is ready to continue to cooperate “with the community and move forward together”.

In the UK on 23 June held a referendum on leaving the EU, which was won by the Pro-Brexit. For the termination of membership of the United Kingdom in the EU voted 17,41 million, for the continuation of European integration – of 16.14 million people.
