Milk producers criticized the Rosselkhoznadzor for reporting fraud

The national Union of milk producers (“Soyuzmoloko”) dissatisfied with the messages of Rosselkhoznadzor, the falsification of dairy products due to the additives in her Soaps, limestone, gypsum, chalk and starch.

The leadership of the Union of entrepreneurs addressed this question to Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and Minister of agriculture Alexander Tkachev. Businessmen are confident that the statements of the Ministry have not been confirmed by proper research, unproven and cause reputational damage to the entire industry, as it can lead to failure of the buyers from the purchase of dairy products.

According to the head of “Soyuzmoloko” Andrey Danilenko, “artificially pumping the tension around the issue of quality and safety of food products, the Rosselkhoznadzor wants to gain additional control and oversight powers”, reports “Kommersant”.

The Deputy head of the Rosselkhoznadzor Nikolay Vlasov noted that a study conducted FGUP has a laboratory with the necessary equipment. It is known that the falsification of dairy products engaged in both large and small producers.
