During the upcoming talks in Moscow will do everything possible to prevent further escalation of the military conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, reports RIA Novosti, citing Peskov.

Thus a press-the Secretary of state acknowledged that the negotiations clearly will not be simple. First, Vladimir Putin will hold a separate meeting with President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, and then hold a conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.

“This will be followed by a private meeting and then a working lunch in the composition of three, that would be Putin, Aliyev and Sargsyan”, – said Peskov.

At the beginning of April in the unrecognized Nagorno-Karabakh fighting broke out between Armenian and Azerbaijani military. Killed dozens of people. A few days later, the parties entered into the agreement on cease-fire, however, until recently, the parties to the conflict regularly accuse each other of violating the truce.

The previous meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan took place on 17 may in Vienna. Then they agreed on the need to respect the ceasefire.
