Putin, Aliyev and Sargsyan received the final document on Karabakh


The presidents of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan-Vladimir Putin, Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev during a trilateral meeting in St. Petersburg agreed on the commitment to the normalization of the situation on the line of touch in Nagorno-Karabakh.

As reported, Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the leaders of the three countries, “outlined specific steps to intensify the negotiating process”. “The presidents agreed on the tripartite Declaration, which reaffirms their commitment to the normalization of the situation on the line of contact,” Lavrov said, adding that it was also obtained the consent of the parties to increase OSCE observers in the conflict zone.
