As said Mutko “R-Sport” around the Russian team is already “a psychosis”, when “no common sense, no arguments, nothing heard”. The sports Minister confirmed that on June 21 at the summit of the IOC in Lausanne can be taken any decision.
So he responded to earlier reports that the IOC can discuss a full suspension of Russia’s participation in the Olympic games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro, and not just athletes.
Mutko added that all the allegations of doping by Russian athletes are based on the words of those people who was caught in Russia and sacked, but their “truth outweigh another truth.“
The sports Minister also said that the IAAF, by shifting the responsibility to the all-Russian athletics Federation, has taken responsibility. But the IAAF have it all to dissolve, if they President is under criminal investigation and he is accused of receiving bribes and concealment samples of athletes.
Mutko stressed that the previous doping system is not working in Russia since January and all is quiet. Was taken three thousand doping tests and only three of them showed a positive result.
We will remind that earlier the head of the IOC Thomas Bach said that the whole Russian team may not go for the 2016 Olympics, if it is proved the existence of “an organized and comprehensive system of doping involving different sports.”
According to Spiegel, Bach intends to discuss the situation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, before putting the question on disqualification of the Olympic Committee of Russia on the agenda of the meeting of the IOC in Lausanne.Related posts:
