In a speech in the armed services Committee of the us Senate, the General said that the “Islamic state” (organization banned in Russia) none of the planes. “So I have to have a permit for the destruction of the Russian and Syrian aircraft,” – said Goldfin.

Also, according to the General, to establish a no-fly zone aircraft must also understand what is happening on the ground, where “local forces” will control the situation, RIA Novosti reported.

Note that the statement of General became a kind of “bride” is a preliminary procedure prior to his appointment to the post of the commander of the U.S. air force. Final approval should take place in the Senate.

Lately the rhetoric in Washington to the Syrian leadership is becoming more militant. Recently, U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry said that the US has “run out of patience” due to the fact that Moscow is not enough pressure on President Bashar al-Assad.

Today it became known that dozens of employees of the state Department wrote Barack Obama a letter in which require immediately to start fighting against the Syrian army, because without this, in their opinion, it is impossible to defeat the “Islamic state”.

Earlier, the White house said it opposed the creation of no-fly zones in Syria, as it would require ground forces. And this, according to Obama, is not in the interests of national security of the United States.
