The Kremlin has called unacceptable homophobic remarks about the massacre in Orlando


Press Secretary of Russian President Dmitry Peskov commented on the scandalous statements made by the leader of the Union of young innovators of Tatarstan Ruslan Ibragimov, who supported the shooting of 49 people in the us gay club Pulse. In particular, Ibragimov named the killer “the right of the Afghan boys”.

Peskov stressed that posts justifying the terrorist attack in Orlando, is absolutely unacceptable. “I don’t know who Mr. Ibragimov, and don’t know what he wrote. Such thoughts is absolutely unacceptable,” – said the representative of the Kremlin, “Interfax”.

Ibragimova scandal broke out after he publicly supported the mass murder at gay club in Orlando. On his page in Instagram Ibragimov wrote that the terrorist Omar Matin was “correct Afghan kid,” and expressed the hope that the wounded people “die” in the hospital. “Union of young innovation leaders wholeheartedly supports this convincing action”, he concluded. Later Ibragimov has deleted his account, but his words refused.

Earlier homophobic remarks died in Orlando in his Facebook commented the official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova. In her opinion, this attitude to the tragedy is “beyond good and evil.”

We will remind, on the night of June 12, an American of Afghan origin Omar Matin burst with a rifle and pistol at a gay club Pulse in Orlando, California and opened fire on the visitors. His victims were 49 people. In the morning, the killer shot the special forces. The responsibility for what happened took on banned terrorist organization “Islamic state”. Meanwhile, it became known that the terrorist who attacked a gay club, was a regular at this establishment.
