The Prosecutor General of Ukraine called the commander of the Russian black sea fleet for questioning

The military Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine intends to interview 15 June in Kiev… the current commander of the black sea fleet Alexander Vitko “for the occupation of the Crimea”. Agenda Friday night, June 10, was published on the website of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

“Vitko suspected that from 20 February to 21 March 2014 provided the military occupation of the Crimean Peninsula. And this is made it possible for other partners to play their full role in the implementation of joint intent for the annexation of the Crimea”, – said the Prosecutor of the Chief military Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko. He added that as a result of actions of the Russian Admiral was violated the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian government has lost the facilities in the amount of 1 trillion 80 billion UAH 352 million.

Vice-Admiral Vitko await in Kiev on 15 June at 10 am for the opening of the prosecution materials of criminal proceedings No. 42014010470000019 from 03.03.2014 on signs of the criminal offenses provided by h. 3 art 110; part 4 of article 27, part 1 of article 111; part 3 of article 27, article 113, part 2 of article 28, part 1 of article 437, part 2 of article 28, part 2 of article 437 of the Criminal code of Ukraine”.

To complete the investigation and send the case to trial in GWP plan in June 2016.
