The head of the office of Parnas in Saint-Petersburg Andrei Pivovarov was sentenced by a court in Kostroma to the half million fine. The decision about which Twitter announced ally Pivovarova Pauline Nemirovsky, means that he will not be able to take part in the elections to the Legislative Assembly of Saint-Petersburg in September 2016.
Recall that a case was filed against Pivovarova in 2015, when he headed the campaign headquarters of Parnassus in Kostroma. Then the party that were part of the Democratic coalition, faced with the refusal to register it collected signatures to nominate their candidates.
